Activities in the Bastide
 Cooking lessonsOur Chef, Robert Le Bozec, is also giving cooking lessons for professionals and individuals. He has acquired a cuisine training at the famous Restaurant "L'Oustau de Baumanière", He will show you the secret of cooking for products like truffles, game animals, mushrooms, poultries...). - Lessons on Monday from 15 pm to 18 pm : 25 euros
- Lessons on Thursday from 9 am to 16 pm : 50 euros (lunch included)
Week-end lessons : discovery of a product in a farm Saturday from 9 am to 12 am, from 14 pm to 16 pm : Cooking the product Sunday from 9 am to 12 am : finishing the receipts (price for the week-end lesson : 60 euros)
Several items are treated according to seasons : Bottom sauces, basic sauces, personalized your sauces Learn how to make bread, raising pastry, milk bread, which flour utilize to make a real good bread, how to choose it Pigeon : salad, terrine, stewed, warm , cold, bone it with facility
 In this superb dining room, sunny for the breakfast, you will taste our home products (honey, jams, breads, brioches, cakes...). The chimney will allow you to have comfortable dinner during winter.
